The Chief Justice of Nigeria (CJN), Olukayode Ariwoola, has officially sworn in Senator Kashim Shettima as Nigeria’s new Vice President. The oath of office and allegiance was administered to Shettima on Monday morning around 10.30am in the presence of his wife, Nana Shettima. Following this, the next step is for President-elect, Bola Tinubu, to go through the same formalities before becoming Nigeria’s 16th President.
