According to court memos, Faji Tobiloba, the suspended President of the Student Union, has submitted a motion to withdraw the lawsuit he filed against the Senate President and two others before the Student Union court.

The matter was previously adjourned on April 25th, 2023, after Mr. Faji's counsel hinted at a possible resolution outside of court.
